CDW announces acquisition of Focal Point cybersecurity company

LINCOLNSHIRE - CDW Corp. Monday said it acquired Tampa, Florida-based Focal Point Data Risk, a leading provider of cybersecurity services with customers across a diverse set of industries.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Focal Point is a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity services firm working with key security technology providers to address customer priorities, including those in the most highly regulated and complex industries such as government, financial services and health care.
