Oak Brook-based CarDr.com launches phone app

OAK BROOK - CarDr.com, an Oak Brook-based automotive technology company, announced the launch its new smartphone Vehicle Appraisal Application to save auto dealers time and money.

What is unique about this app is that it combines pricing and proprietary onboard diagnostics, all wirelessly. Many apps do pricing or onboard computer diagnostics (OBD), but CarDr.com is the first to offer both wirelessly with their patent-pending technology, the company said.

The app was created for car dealers, appraisers, wholesalers and inspectors involved in the sale of 40 million used cars each year in the U.S. It features real-time vehicle industry information sources including Kelley Blue Book, J.D. Power, Carfax, AutoCheck and more.
