Barrington interior design firm wins honors

BARRINGTON - Katherine Elizabeth Designs recently received an award at the annual VISION Design + Workroom Competition, sponsored by Window Fashion VISION magazine. The firm, owned by Katie Wozniak, received the award in the category of Combination Treatments.

The Design + Workroom Competition awards are the only program that honors window fashion professionals from around the world for their excellence in draperies, top treatments, motorized window treatment installations and more.

"Window Fashion VISION has been covering the window covering industry for 43 years now and giving out these awards for over 30 years," Grace McNamara, the magazine's owner and publisher, said in a news release. "It is always a pleasure to recognize the work of these talented artisans. The quality of the work and the cleverness of many of these installations impresses us more every year."

Katherine Elizabeth Designs a professional luxury residential and commercial design firm doing business in the greater Chicago area, Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Wozniak and her team offer a wide range of design and consultation services to homes and businesses.
