BrightStar Care honors area franchise owner

Jim Guzdziol, owner of BrightStar Care in Naperville and Oak Brook, was recently honored with the company's Franchisee of the Year award for his dedication and growth with the brand.

BrightStar Care is one of the nation's leading private duty home care and medical staffing companies with more than 340 franchise locations. Guzdziol has been a part of the BrightStar Care family since 2009.

Guzdziol has focused his efforts on recruitment and advertising, which has allowed his franchise locations to grow exponentially, BrightStar said. He currently employs more than 260 staff members, which consist of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, caregivers and more. Their award honors his dedication and commitment to propel the business forward by providing the highest level of care to clients in need, especially during the pandemic.
