Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila Bar opens

LINCOLNSHIRE - Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila Bar, the creation of veteran restaurant owner Scott Harris, has opened its fourth Chicago-area Mexican concept restaurant at Lincolnshire Commons.

This is the seventh restaurant currently operating at Lincolnshire Commons, which is owned and managed by an affiliate of Skokie-based Next Realty LLC.

Fat Rosie's recently completed a 6,850-square-foot build out of space at the center, 940 N. Milwaukee Ave. The restaurant also features an expansive outdoor seating area, allowing the establishment to offer more opportunities for socially distanced gatherings. Fat Rosie's offers curbside pickup, indoor dine-in, patio dining and delivery.

Anchored by a NorthShore University Health System clinic, the shopping center has a mix of restaurants, including Cheesecake Factory, Flemings, Noodles & Co., Naf Naf Grill, Marigold Maison and Chipotle.
