Baird & Warner fills new growth strategy position

CHICAGO — Baird & Warner, Illinois' largest family-owned independent real estate services company, said Nina Fotopoulos has joined the firm as senior vice president, strategic growth. The newly created role, dedicated to supporting the continued growth of Baird & Warner's offices, agents and expanding teams, is effective immediately.

Fotopoulos comes to Baird & Warner from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she most recently served as senior vice president overseeing the firm's suburban DuPage County and Wisconsin offices. She began her career at Coldwell Banker more than 30 years ago as a sales associate and became managing broker of the Downers Grove office.

Nina and her husband Chuck are longtime residents of Clarendon Hills and have two adult daughters.
