Chicagoland Commercial brokers two sales

PALATINE - Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate Inc. recently represented Midwest United Skys LLC in the sale of a 14,800 square foot free-standing office warehouse building at 702 Magna Drive in Round Lake.

President Randy Olczyk & Senior Vice President Tom Callahan represented the seller in the recent sales transaction. Michael A. DeSerto of Entre Commercial represented the buyer 702 Magna LLC.

In another transaction, Chicagoland Senior Vice President Ray Okigawa & Olczyk represented seller Hollenberg Property Management LLC in the sale of a 4,750 square foot single tenant office building at 634 S. Arthur Ave. in Arlington Heights.

Troy Golden of Golden Group Real Estate represented the buyer Angel M. Traub in the recent acquisition.

Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
