Darwin Realty joins CORFAC International

ELMHURST - Darwin Realty announced it has joined CORFAC International as the newest U.S. affiliate of the growing global network. Darwin is the first U.S.-based firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2019's record-setting growth of seven new firms.

Darwin Realty/CORFAC International, which serves the Northeast Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana markets, specializes in industrial and office brokerage, investment sales, asset/property management and development. Established in 1975 by George Cibula and Irv Lewandowski, Darwin Realty's brokers have spent the past four decades cultivating many long-term relationships with the area's top business leaders and possess a great deal of in-depth local market expertise.

"Darwin fits into our need for a strong industrial group in Chicago, complementing our existing CORFAC member ProTen Realty Group on the office side. We are now looking at a couple of strong retail/Investment sales groups in Chicago to help round out that megamarket," said 2020 CORFAC International President Alan Joel, CCIM, of Joel and Granot Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Ga.
