CDK Global sells digital marketing business to Ansira Partners

HOFFMAN ESTATES - CDK Global said it will sell its digital marketing business to Ansira Partners, a subsidiary of Advent International, for an undisclosed sum.

The sale includes all advertising solutions and website services.

"We remain fully committed to our Digital Marketing Business customers, and we will ensure a seamless and uninterrupted transition through the completion of the sale."

Ansira, a global marketing services and solutions company, has an extensive background in the auto vertical and will bring its expertise to further build out the solutions of the business, CDK officials said, while also implementing technology and services to drive more hyperlocal opportunities for customers.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2020. Ropes & Gray LLP is serving as legal counsel to Advent in the transaction.
