Cawley sells Oak Brook building for $5.75M
OAK BROOK - Cawley Chicago recently completed the sale of a 57,832 square foot office building at 2021 Midwest Road in Oak Brook.
The three-story office building was sold for $5,75 million.
Ryan Freed and Rawly Lantz with Cawley's suburban office team represented the seller, Chesapeake Associates Limited, IL. The buyer, BBI Property Management Inc., who was represented by Dan McKay with McKay Investments, will be occupying a portion of the building.
"The continued high demand for owner-occupied assets has allowed financially stable owners the ability to exit at a price that meets expectations with a below market vacancy," said Freed.
