Manhard Consulting leases space in One Overlook Point in Lincolnshire

LINCOLNSHIRE - Van Vlissingen and Co. has announced that Manhard Consulting has leased 17,989 square feet at 1 Overlook Point, in Lincolnshire Corporate Center, Lincolnshire.

Manhard Consulting is a full-service civil engineering and surveying firm serving public and private clients nationwide. The company opened more than 25 years ago in its previous Vernon Hills location, which also housed their predecessor, Donald Manhard Associates.

The move to Lincolnshire was spurred by the need for a more collaborative environment for the firm's teams, officials said in a news release.

One Overlook Point recently finished construction on a new amenity center, as well as refurbishing its existing multistory building entrance. One Overlook Point's new corporate amenities include a cafe, Wi-Fi lounge, outdoor amphitheater, lakeside eating area/patio, outdoor fire pit, conference facility, fitness center and bike room.
