Derick Dermatology secures space in Lindenhurst

LINDENHURST - NAI Hiffman recently represented The Davis Group in securing a new tenant at 1025 Red Oak Lane, Lindenhurst.

The new tenant, Derick Dermatology, delivers medical dermatology and aesthetic treatments with offices across the Northwest suburbs. It will occupy a 6,784 square foot office space at the property known as the Vista Lindenhurst Campus.

1025 Red Oak Lane, a 44,684 square foot class A medical office building, offers state-of-the-art medical facilities and flexible floor plans. Remaining availabilities at the property offer between 1,000 and 7,200 square feet of raw space.
