CBRE brokers sale of Prospect Heights hotel

PROSPECT HEIGHTS - CBRE recently brokered the sale of the 108-room Country Inn & Suites, 600 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Prospect Heights, to Palwaukee Hospitality, LLC.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

The Country Inn & Suites Prospect Heights is located next to Chicago's Executive Airport, less than 1.5 miles from Interstate 294 and eight miles from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. The location affords business and leisure guests accessibility to explore and navigate the area.

"The hotel's 5-story, concrete and steel structure will allow Palwaukee Hospitality, LLC the opportunity to convert the hotel to a Holiday Inn Express & Suites by the summer of 2019." said Brian Silberman, senior vice president, CBRE Hotels.

Silberman, Scott Miller, Paul DeLucia and Matt McClure, all of CBRE Hotels, represented the owner, RK Hospitality, LLC. in the sale.

CBRE Hotels is a specialized team within CBRE providing advisory, capital markets, investment sales, research and valuation services to companies in the hotel sector.
