Windy City hires new vice president

Windy City Motorcycle Co. has named Matt Sheahan as vice president of sales. Sheahan comes with a strong background in the motorcycle industry and more than 15 years of experience, most recently as chief operating officer for Triumph Motorcycles America.

In his previous position, Sheahan helped develop Triumph as a premium lifestyle motorcycle brand and under his leadership, Triumph was the fastest growing manufacturer in North America.

Sheahan is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast having spent most of his life riding, wrenching, racing, designing, marketing and selling motorcycles. Prior to his time at Triumph, he was lead design engineer for Buell Motorcycle Co., where he prepared and executed plans that led the organization through new model developments.

Sheahan is also a former mechanic and 11-time CCS Road Racing Champion. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a MBA with a marketing specialization from Marquette University, Milwaukee. He currently resides in southern Wisconsin with his wife and three children.

Windy City Motorcycle Co. has grown into one of the nation's largest dealership groups. It now owns and operates 18 dealership locations across Chicago and Southern Wisconsin.
