Travanse Living at Grayslake announces partnership

GRAYSLAKE - Travanse Living at Grayslake, an Integral Senior Living community, has announced a partnership with Legacy Healthcare to provide on-site therapy services for the community. "Legacy Healthcare will provide an array of clinical programs for Travanse Living at Grayslake's residents, including memory care, pain management, falls prevention and dysphagia management services, among others," said Chris Anderson, executive director of Travanse Living at Grayslake. "Legacy professionals will work with residents engaging assisted living and memory care services while also collaborating with Travanse Living at Grayslake to provide an optimum level of clinical wellness throughout the community." Legacy Healthcare, one of the largest therapist-owned and -operated contract rehabilitation companies in the United States, plans to be fully operational at the community by the end of the year. Travanse Living at Grayslake is at 1865 E. Belvidere Road.
