Local leases inked

ML Realty Partners announced that the firm has completed local lease transactions.

Custom Personalization Solutions LLC signed a new lease for a 55,120 square foot building at 31 Mitchell Court in Addison. Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented ML Realty Partners and Jeff Locascio of Entre Commercial Realty represented Custom Personalization Solutions in the transaction.

Pull'R Holding Company LLC renewed their lease for 76,282 square feet at 415 East State Parkway in Schaumburg. Dan Leahy of NAI Hiffman represented Pull'R in the transaction.

Nielsen & Bainbridge LLC renewed their lease for 184,071 square feet at 7830 West 71st Street in Bridgeview.

"We remain committed to providing well located, first-class assets to our existing and new tenants," stated Patrick Shannon, senior vice president of ML Realty Partners. "These leases will allow for sustained growth and long-term partnerships."
