Hotel sells for $6.1 million

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices in Oak Brook, announced the sale of an 80-room hotel located in Delavan, Wisconsin.

Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Oak Brook office., said the asset sold for $6.1 million.

Allan Miller, Chris Gomes, Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Austin, Chicago Oak Brook and Dallas offices, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Valliani, Klar, Gomes and Miller. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Wisconsin.

Located at 313 Bauer Parkway, the three-story, fully renovated hotel benefits from its location near the resort town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
