BS Logistics expands in Addison

BS Logistics & Warehousing Inc. is expanding at 999 Bilter Road in Aurora. It will now occupy the complete 382,430 square feet of industrial space.

JBS Logistics & Warehousing Inc., a division of Stan Koch & Sons Trucking, recently added 380,000 square feet of food-grade warehouse space in Chicago's I-88 Corridor submarket. The facility located in Aurora features 30-foot ceilings, 68 dock doors, and rack storage for over 40,000 pallet positions which is ideal for the company's needs, as JBS Warehouse provides high efficiency storage and fulfillment services.

Alec A Gizzi, executive vice president of Chicago operations, commented, "This additional space will help us keep up with customer demand as our footprint in the Chicago area continues to expand. Locking in this space long-term means we can deliver Food Grade warehouse space for years to come." The company looks forward to this opportunity for growth.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Jeff Fischer represented JBS Logistics & Warehousing, Inc in the transaction with owner Liberty Property Trust.
