Ice Miller LLP welcomes William (Bill) Ellsworth, a partner in the firm's Trusts and Estates Group.

He advises clients on a wide range of sophisticated trust and estate planning matters, including succession planning, charitable giving, trust and estate administration and taxes. Ellsworth works with individuals, families and business owners to provide personalized legal advice designed to address the specific needs and objectives of clients and their families.

Ellsworth frequently helps family businesses prepare for the future and the next generation, including assistance finding lost or hidden assets and discovering solutions to help achieve goals.

Prior to working at Ice Miller, Ellsworth was a principal at a law firm in Chicago, where he aided clients with estate planning and business and tax matters. His practice was centered on helping clients achieve goals through a holistic legal approach. Bill is also a Certified Financial Planner.
