Entre brokers lease extension for state health department

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Entre Commercial Realty recently completed a 44,961 square foot office lease within the 281,254 square foot building at 3301 Wireton Road in Blue Island.

The tenant, the Illinois Department of Health and Human Resources, was occupying the space on a long-term lease that was set to expire in the second quarter of 2018. Entre facilitated negotiations with the tenant and landlord, Lsref3 Navy Reo, LLC, and was able to put together a transaction with new terms and conditions that resulted in a multiyear lease extension for the anchor tenant.

It is the third lease expansion/extension Entre has facilitated for the landlord in the last nine months.
