Arlington Resources in Rolling Meadows sold

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions has finalized the purchase of Arlington Resources Inc. based in Rolling Meadows.

Arlington Resources will continue to operate under its current brand name and will become a division of Cornerstone Staffing Solutions. De Bellas & Co. acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Arlington in the transaction. Transaction details were not disclosed.

The company provides human resources and finance and accounting professionals to customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies seeking temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire services. Cornerstone Staffing Solutions Inc. now has offices in California, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Texas and Illinois. "When choosing a company to purchase a business that you've carefully grown, it was important that Cornerstone's core competencies matched well with Arlington's business philosophy," said Patricia Casey, owner of Arlington Resources. "I appreciate De Bellas & Co.'s expertise in identifying the right partner for Arlington.
