Maman Corp. celebrates Elk Grove opening

Maman Corp., a general contractor, construction management team and carpenter contractor, recently celebrated the opening of its new facility in Elk Grove Village.

The company, celebrating its 20th anniversary as a company this year, originally opened its doors in a rented storefront in suburban Chicago in 1997. With four staff, a handful of carpenters, two folding tables, and a computer, the company began building a clientele in corporate interiors. Within a few years, Maman Corp. had grown to also offer general contractor and construction management services for new construction and renovations. It moved into a facility in Palatine, where the company's client base expanded to include projects within the six-county Chicagoland area as well as projects in 15 states and counting.

Construction on its new facility at 1055 Arthur Ave. in Elk Grove Village began early in 2017.

"We're really excited to be in Elk Grove Village," vice president of finance and business eevelopment Megan Tinsley said. "Our new space gives us a modern, centralized meeting space to work with our clients. We're also close to many of our vendors, which makes coordinating finishes and other touches easier for us and our clients."

Maman Corp.'s team capabilities include project management, carpentry, audiovisual, and hardware solutions, especially for high-security needs. "We approach every project with the client's goals and vision in mind," Tinsley said.
