Baird & Warner buys Century 21 Kreuser & Seiler in Libertyville
Baird & Warner said it purchased Century 21 Kreuser & Seiler Ltd., located in downtown Libertyville.
With 40 full-time agents and leading corporate relocation services, the new office complements Baird & Warner's existing Libertyville presence, further expanding the brokerage's services across the region.
Founded by MJ Seiler and Sue Carey, Century 21 Kreuser & Seiler has served the Libertyville, Gurnee, and Grayslake areas since 1974. Seiler will bring his 37 years of experience to assist with training and management, while Carey - a 20-year relocation industry veteran - will lead five full-time corporate relocation professionals who will join Baird & Warner's Leading Real Estate Companies of the World-backed team.
Managing broker of the new location, Baird & Warner's twenty-ninth, will be Steve Lawrence, who also manages their existing Libertyville office, and Christine Bong will work with him as assistant manager.
