Missner Group gets Toyota dealer renovation project

DES PLAINES -- The Missner Group has been selected for an exterior improvement and renovation project on behalf of Elgin Toyota, 1600 W. Lake St., Streamwood,

The property is owned by the Bob Loquercio Auto Group, which operates multiple auto dealerships around the Chicago area.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
 

The Streamwood project will include an extensive parking lot addition, the construction of an underground stormwater detention system and the completion of numerous site improvements. This is The Missner Group's second project for the Bob Loquercio Auto Group. The firm is also currently constructing a cutting-edge Toyota dealership and service center on Western Avenue in Chicago.

"We are eager to begin the renovations to Elgin Toyota and continue working with the Bob Loquercio Auto Group," said Project Manager Kent Nepras. "The planned changes will not only improve the functionality of the property, but also the aesthetics and customer experience. The work will be completed with no interruption to ongoing operations and with the utmost regard to the safety of both the Elgin Toyota team and customers."

The exterior renovations to Elgin Toyota will be complete by Fall 2017. The Missner Group construction team includes Nepras as project manager and Angelo Christopher as project superintendent. Jacob & Hefner is providing the civil engineering and architecture for the project.
