New restaurants coming to Geneva Commons

Two new restaurants are expected to open this summer at Geneva Commons in Geneva.

Big Fish Grille and Fresh D'Lite have signed leases for 6,078 and 2,656 square feet respectively at the outdoor lifestyle center.

According to Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Asset Management Inc., the exclusive leasing representative for the 437,650 square-foot lifestyle center, both privately owned restaurants plan to open this summer.

This is the second restaurant for Big Fish Grille. The full-service restaurant, which specializes in seafood, has an existing location in Wilmington, Ill. This is the first location for Fresh D'Lite, a restaurant that plans to serve healthy quick serve fare.

In other leasing news at Geneva Commons, Baubles by Maclyn signed a lease for 1,456 square feet, with plans to open a jewelry and accessories boutique this summer.

Geneva Commons is located on the southwest corner of Randall and Bricher Roads, and is anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn and H & M.
