Letter: Let's keep Bailey down on the farm
While the Illinois State Police investigate stricter requirements for obtaining a FOID card, Darren Bailey would like to eliminate the FOID requirement altogether.
In 2019, when he was an Illinois state representative, Bailey held a campaign fundraising event where he raffled off a Smith & Wesson AR-15. There has never been a more clear and present danger to the safety and well-being of Illinois residents than having Darren Bailey as governor.
Hopefully in November we'll be able to move on and celebrate Bailey's return to his farm in southern Illinois where he can shoot up more reams of paper with his assault weapon.
