Clarification: Police Shooting-Wisconsin-Kenosha story

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - In a story published Oct. 8, 2021, The Associated Press reported about federal officials announcing that federal prosecutors won't file charges against a police officer who shot Jacob Blake in Wisconsin last year. The story should have made clear that the Justice Department determined there wasn't enough evidence to prove the officer willfully used excessive force or violated Blake's federal rights.
