October is Creepy Critters Month at Knoch Knolls Nature Center

Naperville Park District will host "Creepy Critters Month" from Oct. 1-30 at Knoch Knolls Nature Center.

This monthlong activity is replacing the Oct. 11 "Creepy Critters Day," which has been canceled.

Families are invited to drop in anytime during the Nature Center's open hours, which are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Kids can enjoy a variety of self-guided activities about spiders, bones and pumpkins, as well as participate in an indoor scavenger hunt to win a prize.

No registration is required for Creepy Critters Month activities.

Face coverings are required indoors at Knoch Knolls Nature Center.

Check the park district's updated COVID-19 program guidelines at www.napervilleparks.org/coronavirus.

The Nature Center is located at 320 Knoch Knolls Road.
