Grains higher, livestock mixed.

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher on Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Sep. gained 9.50 cents at $7.0375 a bushel; Sep. corn rose 6.50 cents at $5.5675 a bushel; Sep. oats was up 1.75 cents at $4.6625 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans advanced 22 cents at $14.4775 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was unchanged on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug. live cattle was off .45 cent at $1.2287 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle fell .73 cent at $1.5922 a pound; Aug. lean hogs was unchanged at $1.0680 a pound.
