Chicago man pleads guilty to delivering more than 900 grams of heroin in Aurora

A Chicago man has pleaded guilty to delivering more than 900 grams of heroin to an undercover police officer in Aurora.

Freddy Gutierrez, 29, admitted he delivered the drugs to the undercover cop in an Aurora Walmart parking lot in 2018, according to a news release issued Thursday by the Illinois attorney general's office, which prosecuted the case with the Kane County state's attorney's office.

Kane County Judge Salvatore LoPiccolo Jr. sentenced Gutierrez to 15 years in prison.
