Family gesture was meaningful surprise

A dear friend is currently in hospice at a nursing home which is on lockdown now. No one, even a member of the family, is allowed to visit at this time. Recently, she had a call from one of her sons to look out the window. When she did, there were her three sons smiling and waving at her. She still cannot figure out how they were able to identify her particular window, but the surprise meant everything.
