Dundee Township Lions host annual Christmas Tree Sale

Scouts, friends and neighbors came out to help the Dundee Township Lions Club members unload around 300 Christmas trees at Grafelman Park in West Dundee for the annual Christmas tree sale.

The selling of Christmas trees is the largest fundraiser for the Lions Club. When you buy a tree you not only get a great tree, you are supporting many community charities.

Sale hours began Friday, Nov. 29, at Grafelman Park and continues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 30-Dec. 1.

During the following weeks, Thursday and Friday hours are 6 to 8 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, until all the trees are sold. In addition to trees, there will be wreaths and garland for sale.
