Another Trump success

I am so glad Washington has decided to relax the burdensome regulations regarding farmers and developers from contaminating isolated ponds and intermittent streams with chemicals and/or sediment. After all, isolated ponds (Wetlands?) are not connected to the groundwater, lakes, streams, or rivers that may provide our drinking water. Also an intermittent stream does not contribute a significant amount of water to the larger drainage system. Once again the trump administration has proved its mastery of air, land, and water (USEPA) concerns in America.
