Grains mixed, livestock higher.

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery rose 2.4 cents at $4.506 a bushel; Sept. corn was off 8 cents at $3.46 a bushel; Sep. oats fell 9 cents at $2.59 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans gained 2.4 cents at 8.524 a bushel.

Beef and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle rose .4 cent at $0.9930 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle gained 2.75 cents at $1.3562 a pound; Oct. lean hogs was up 1.45 cents at .6677 a pound.
