Grains mostly lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery rose .60 cent at $5.13 a bushel; Dec. corn lost 2.20 cents at $3.6140 a bushel; Dec. oats was down 6.40 cents at $2.8320 a bushel while Nov. soybeans fell .80 cent at 8.5320 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle was unchanged at $1.1250 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle was up .40 cent at $1.5688 a pound; Oct. lean hogs fell .40 cent at .6855 a pound.
