The Dart Foundation donates $40,000 to VNA Health Care's Century of Service Campaign

VNA Health Care received a $40,000 grant from The Dart Foundation in support of VNA's Century of Service Campaign.

VNA has used the funds to purchase new waiting room chairs for their clinic at 400 N. Highland Avenue in Aurora.

"This grant provides a direct benefit to our patients," says Linnea Windel, president and CEO of VNA Health Care. "The new chairs will enhance our waiting rooms and provide comfort to our patients for years to come. We sincerely appreciate the Dart Foundation's generous support of this campaign."

VNA is celebrating 100 years of service to the community in 2018.

The Century of Service Campaign seeks to raise $1 million dollars to support planned health center expansion projects in Aurora and Joliet, IT and infrastructure improvements, the delivery of primary care services to people with little or no insurance and the construction of Wellness Kitchens in Aurora, Joliet, Carol Stream and Elgin.
