• Quincy J. Chambers, 28, of the 600 block of Madison Street in Batavia, was charged with obstruction of justice at 12:39 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 600 block of Madison. According to police, they had asked him to stay out of a building where they were investigating a report of a fight between two other people, and Chambers tried to go back in.

• Tires were slashed overnight Jan. 29 on two vehicles in the 400 block of Elm Street and one in the 300 block of Elm Street. Two tires were slashed on a minivan on Batavia Avenue, it was reported at 7 p.m. Jan. 28.

• Marijo C. O'Brien, 21, of the 2500 block of Looking Glass Court, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 3:47 p.m. Jan. 18 at Kohl's, 251 N. Randall Road, police said.

• Diana R. Mujica, 28, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Street, Aurora, was charged with retail theft at 2:56 p.m. Jan. 17 at Kohl's, 251 N. Randall Road, according to police.
