Blueprint 220 meetings set for Barrington school system

Barrington Area Unit District 220 plans 12 meetings at buildings across the school system for discussion on potential future building improvements. All of the sessions will begin at 7 p.m. The first special meeting on the Blueprint 220 initiative will be Monday, Oct. 30, at Countryside Elementary School, 205 W. County Line Road in Barrington. That'll be followed by meetings Wednesday, Nov. 1, at Barbara Rose Elementary School, 61 W. Penny Road, Barrington, and Thursday, Nov. 2, at Barrington High School, 616 W. Main St. Blueprint 220 is a long-term strategy to provide recommendations on school renovations to meet today's education needs, in part through flexible spaces and better technology.
