Fundraiser Saturday for Mundelein flood victims

The Mundelein School District 75 PTO will hold a fundraiser from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the Just for Fun Roller Rink to benefit families impacted by flooding.

All of the $7 admission fee will go toward the Flood Relief Fund set up by the PTO. The rink is located at 139 N. Seymour Ave., Mundelein.

If Saturday's outing isn't a possibility, those interested in helping can donate to the PTO 's GoFundMe page at https://www.gofundme.com/D75floodrelief. All funds received will be used to help families of current District 75 students who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of the flooding.

Donors may also send a check payable to "District 75 PTO - Flood Victim Fund" to District 75 Administration Center, 470 N. Lake St., Mundelein, IL 60060.

District 75 families in need should call the district office and provide name, address, phone number or email address, as well as schoolchildren's names.
