Ella's Friends to host book sale March 30-April 2

Ella's Friends,which supports Ella Johnson Memorial Library in Hampshire, will hold its annual book sale March 30-April 2 at the Hampshire Township Building, 170 Mill Ave.

Opening night will be Thursday, March 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. and admission will be $5 or a donation to the Burlington-Hampshire Food Pantry.

Admission is free on March 31-April 2.

The sale, featuring gently used books of all types, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs and records, will continue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, March 31, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1.

On Sunday, April 2, there will be a bag sale from noon to 3 p.m., $5 for a grocery bag full.

Proceeds from this sale and from all of Ella's Friends fundraisers go to support programs at the library and to purchase items which are not in the library's regular budget.
