Why are you running for this office, whether for re-election or election the first time? Is there a particular issue that motivates you, and if so, what is it?
I am running for the first time. I want to Help young Kids get ACT Prep classes so they get an opportunity to score better and go to college and receive a higher education.

I have a technology back ground I will help bring Studio Silos at the library so people can utilize this to produce video and audio clips.
Do you have a library card? How long have you had it? How often do you use it?
Yes I have a card for almost 20 years and my kids use the library regularly.
Space is an issue at many libraries. If that's the case at your library, would your solution be to expand the physical plant or make room by doing away with parts of the collection that technology has made less critical? Explain.
We do have space but proper utilization is required by adapting to the latest technology.
What impact have economic and technological changes had on libraries? How does a library remain relevant? How should its role in the community change?
Library will have to adapt to new digital technology to stay relevant.
What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?
If you educate a child you educate a nation. My philosophy is providing the best educational opportunities for kids and I think the library is an important institution in making that happen.

What is the biggest lesson you learned at home growing up?
When you are truthful you have nothing to fear.
If life gave you one do-over, what would you spend it on?
Spend more time giving back to my community.
What was your favorite subject in school and how did it help you in later life?
Math. I have always been a numbers person and now I work in a job that handles large complex size numbers.
If you could give your children only one piece of advice, what would it be?
Be a good human being.
