Why are you running for this office, whether for re-election or election the first time? Is there a particular issue that motivates you, and if so, what is it?
The Park District is going in the wrong direction do to lack of Leadership and board members serving for the wrong reason.They have wasted over 700 thousand dollars of tax payer dollars over the past several years. Omega board member had missed almost half a year's meetings
How do you assess the state of the district's finances? What, if any, changes do you propose to alter the district's financial picture, whether through cost reduction or revenue increases? Please be as specific as possible on where you would propose cutting or how you would propose increasing revenue.
Work with the financial advisor to see what has happened to put The Addison Park District in such a bad financial position.You can't tell that till you go through all the financials
What programs aren't paying for themselves? Would you keep, eliminate or change them? How and why?
As a Board member I'll find that out ASAP The pool is and has been a disaster for the past several years and they finally have voted to close ithe at the end of this summer.

Addison was a distinguish agency and close to being a National Gold medal winner now they aren'the close to either. The Board doesn't attend any training held by IAPD.
