Why can't Roskam ditch Trump?

I live in Peter Roskam's Congressional District and I'm wondering why he hasn't ditched Donald Trump like John McCain. Or, at minimum, withdrawn his support like his leader in the the U.S. House, Paul Ryan?

Doesn't Roskam's have the backbone to abandon a bigot, a fraud and ill-prepared conman? How many women, Muslims, Mexicans and military families does Donald have to insult to get Roskam's attention?

Roskam can't hide from what an ignorant and dangerous presidential nominee the GOP has stuck us with. Republicans like Roskam, who don't strongly denounce Trump, deserve to lose.
