Prospective residents can tour the permanent villa model home, the Chestnut, with two bedrooms and 1,276 square feet of space. While the model provides great ideas on how to use the space, residents can customize the space exactly the way they choose, making it the home of their dreams.
In the Chestnut model, the foyer opens into the main living area where a fireplace with mantle and marble surround takes center stage in the home. Off the dining area is an eat-in kitchen with the washer and dryer conveniently located nearby. The bedrooms reside on the opposite side of the floor plan. The private bath features a European-height sink, tub and walk-in shower with grab bars. A large walk-in closet by California Closets makes it easy to stay organized.
The other Villa floor plans include the Oak with 2,036 square feet and a den; the Birch with 1,814 square feet including a den; the Linden with 1,700 square feet including an optional sunroom and extended patio; the Aspen with 1,627 square feet; and the Hickory, an end unit with 1,276 square feet.
