What actions are needed to produce a healthy federal budget? Specifically, what changes do you advocate regarding how revenue is produced or what our spending priorities are? In particular, what effect does current policy have on your district and what changes, if any, are needed?I have a long track record of cooperating with elected officials of both parties at all levels of government to find solutions that all sides can live with. Balanced budget amendment. Eliminate the income tax and replace it with a national consumption (sales) tax. Stop debt dumping, which is where money is spent by one generation but that generation doesn't pay for it; instead, that generation dumps the cost on future generations to pay for it. Stop gifting, which is where money is given to a favored constituency while everybody else gets stuck with the bill. The effect on my district is that, when children graduating from school and join the workforce, they immediately have an unpaid tax bill of hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay off. That's not fair to them.What immigration policies do you support? Where, if at all, do you see room for compromise to produce an effective policy on immigration? How will these policies affect your district?Anybody who wants to come here and help us pay off our 20 trillion dollar National debt, 100 billion dollar State debt and multi-billion dollar local debts are welcome to do so. Just don't come here looking for tax handouts from us. Our taxes are already too high. We can't afford to start gifting to even more people.What should be the top priorities in Congress related to the Affordable Care Act? If you want changes, what specifically do you recommend? If you want the act entirely eliminated, please address these questions: Is that politically feasible? If it proves infeasible, where do you see the potential for compromise? If it is eliminated, what would you replace it with, if anything?The best solution is to eliminate Republican majorities in Congress. Then sensible health care reforms can be considered and implemented. Republicans have made it clear that they will do everything to sabotage health care reform while pretending that they actually care. They don't care, so the key to advancing health care reform is to never vote to send a Republican to Congress or the White House.What military or diplomatic roles should the United States play to promote peace and stability in the Mideast? Under what circumstances should we have military forces actively operating?Peace through strength. If the Palestinians want progress for their people and their communities, they must stop all of their terrorist acts against Israel. They should get nothing until they demonstrate that their terrorism has permanently ended.Will you uphold the international climate change treaty? If not, what alternative steps would you advocate? If so, what steps will you take to meet U.S. obligations under the accord?I support efforts to convert the world to green, renewable energy as quickly as possible. Global warming is real and is having an increasingly devasting effect on the environment.What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?Here are my top three priorities:1. Stop America from becoming a socialist country. Socialists have hijacked the machinery of the Green Party to turn my party into a socialist movement. Former Bernie backers are also doing everything they can to advance socialism in America. Socialism is the worst thing that could ever happen to this country and is political suicide for the Green Party. We must take back my party from the socialists and, instead, be an advocate for environmentally sound capitalism.2. Secular government for everybody. No more God on our money. No more God in the Pledge. It's time for the federal government to stop bullying atheists that way. Eliminate Christmas as a federal holiday. Christians want to put Christ back into Christmas. That won't happen as long as the government is involved. When the government is involved, Christmas has to be bland, generic and secular. Christians want Christmas to be religious. You do that by getting the government out of Christmas. Also, I will sponsor legislation to eliminate the National Day of Prayer. The government has no business telling us when to pray or if we should pray since, when you pray, Nobody is listening. Nobody lives in Heaven.3. Election reform: All legislative districts shall be compact, all legislators have term limits and the required number of nominating petition signatures be the same for everybody running for a particular office rather than Democrats and Republicans getting substantially lower numbers than others are required to get.Please name one current leader who most inspires you.Beverly Sussman, Village President of Buffalo Grove, who proved that you can win an election if you you take the voters' concerns seriously.What is the biggest lesson you learned at home growing up?Leadership is about being the only one who feels a certain way and then persuading every one else that you're right so they should follow.If life gave you one do-over, what would you spend it on?I would marry Celeste sooner. She is the most awesome, most intelligent, most beautiful and most perfect person who has ever lived, by far.What was your favorite subject in school and how did it help you in later life?Math. I have developed an excellent skill for and focus on precision, accuracy, punctuality and getting it right in everything that I say and do.If you could give your children only one piece of advice, what would it be?Consider the merits of the values that your parents have encouraged you to follow, then make your own decisions on what is right for you.
