Impressive film describes Democrats' failures

I saw Dinesh D'Souza's new film "Hillary's America" at the Buffalo Grove Theater. Best film I've seen in a decade. It's about liberty.

The filmmaker/author, an immigrant who loves America, spent eight months in jail (and five years on probation with "therapy"and community service) for a minor campaign violation - in reality - for his previous documentary film critical of Barack Obama.

D'Souza should have been intimidated; his prison time was spent with hardened criminals. Instead, it served as inspiration for his latest film: a close-up view of Hillary and Bill Clinton - their lives, their foundation - through their own words (film clips).

The foundation took in millions, but only a fraction went to charity; an example was the Clintons' appeal for Haiti earthquake aid, which never made it to the suffering Haitians.

A "dirty little secret" in the film was the Democrat Party's horrible voting record, opposing Civil Rights legislation both in the 1860s and in the 1960s. And there was Democrat President Jackson's brutal removal of Indians from their tribal lands.

Democrat President Wilson, a "progressive," removed blacks from top government positions, and created separate lunchrooms and bathrooms for whites and blacks.

In the film, after the Civil War, the Democrats allowed the Ku Klux Klan to intimidate and lynch blacks (and sympathetic white Republicans) who exercised their constitutional right to vote or run for office.

Big city Democrat corrupt "machines" (Chicago) gave out favors in exchange for the black vote, creating dependents trapped in rundown slums.

By the way, Republicans led the fight for Women's Voting Rights.

The film has a very cool ending - with beautiful images of American landmarks, and patriotic music. Dinesh D'Souza can't vote in November because of his incarceration, but you can. Your vote can save America.
