Even with faults, Trump is the only choice

For many voters, the choices offered for our next president leave a lot to be desired, but it seems to me that we have only one clear choice and that would be Donald Trump.

Yes, he has his faults, but his strengths are exactly what we need from our next leader in Washington; i.e., someone not beholden to the special interests, who tells it like it is, not what he knows others may want to hear. He is a law-and-order and America-first person who will restore some dignity and respect from our international friends and adversaries. He knows what it takes to create jobs, which is vital if we all are going to prosper in the coming years.

Those who believe Hillary Clinton should be our next president must overlook her history of lies, deceit, and poor judgment. She is the epitome of the type of politician that most Americans want to get rid of in Washington.

She is an "insider" who has used the system to avoid some questionable activities that regular citizens would have been prosecuted for and has become a multimillionaire in the process.

The FBI, after a thorough investigation into her handling of classified emails, said that she used extremely poor judgment and had lied to the public about her actions. Her solicitation of donations for the Clinton Foundation from foreign entities while secretary of state is further testimony to her lack of good judgment. She believes she can escape the consequences of her questionable practices by "pulling the wool" over the eyes of the American voters. It shouldn't work this time.

We have our eyes wide open.
