West Chicago offers GED classes

The evening Adult Education Program of Community High School District 94 in West Chicago will offer free classes to prepare students for the General Equivalency Development Exam, or GED.

District 94 receives federal and state grants that allow the program to be available at no cost to students.

Registration takes place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7. Students should enter through Entrance "B" on the west side of the building, 326 Joliet St.

Classes will be from 6:45 to 9:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, beginning Sept. 12, at the school.
