The Geneva Park District Foundation welcomes families to celebrate Geneva's parks at the annual Autumn Fair. This event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Peck Farm Park, 4038 Kaneville Road in Geneva.
Visitors will enjoy pony rides, family activities, children's games, crafts, a birds of prey exhibit, and musical entertainment. Patrons can mingle with animals in a petting zoo, purchase pumpkins and more.
Plus, explore the observation silo, connect with nature at the award-winning Hawks Hollow Nature Playground, and experience hundreds of butterflies in the Butterfly House, which will close for the season following the event at 3 p.m.
Then, test your luck at winning a variety of prizes in the basket raffle. Basket raffle tickets for $5 are now available for purchase at Sunset Community Center, Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center and the Stephen D. Persinger Recreation Center. Winners will be announced at Autumn Fair.
