NCH and Mariano's offer vaccination clinic
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (July 29, 2016) - Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) is partnering with Mariano's Pharmacy to provide adult immunizations at the Arlington Heights Senior Center, 1801 W. Central Road, Arlington Heights.
The vaccination clinic, scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, will provide Shingles vaccinations and pneumonia vaccinations. Attendees should bring their Medicare Part B and Medicare Part D prescription drug plan cards to the vaccination. A Mariano's pharmacist will determine the copay depending on an individual's Medicare coverage.
